It’s strange to put into words really, as it’s been such a somewhat abstract, almost poetic transformation I have experienced in relationship to my own body and the earth. I guess this is what felt so wonderful and different — it wasn’t an intellectual exercise in the benefits of grounding for once — it spoke to the artist in me. Your way of working Rebecca, is intensely artful, in a way I didn’t even know I was craving.

The result of this is indescribable. I am more in my body and I feel more in the world. I am experiencing more of an intimacy with my own intuitive language, a deeper connection to the cycles of nature, and a greater trust in everything I don’t know.
